Microgreen Orders:

Description of Service

Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC is a "Grow to Order" indoor Microgreen Farm. All home delivery orders must be placed through the Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreen LLC website. Text and email orders are NOT accepted unless there is an order change AFTER the original order then those changes must be made in writing via text, email or website. If the customer continues to make changes after the second time, then those changes MUST be made through the website only.

Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC planting on the farm takes place on Thursday's and we deliver the following Friday. Once the order(s) have been placed AND paid for, Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC will begin growing the microgreen(s) on that Thursday for the agreed upon delivery date. Please be aware: Most microgreens take 8 days to grow, but a select few can take up to 25 days. Therefore, it may take 1-4 weeks before you receive your order/s.

Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC will contact the customer via text or phone call to confirm customers order, receive customer payment, and set up a delivery date and time once order is ready.

Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC will provide the Customer with their fresh microgreens that they ordered. Microgreens are packaged in individual clamshell containers with the product description and designated gram amount according to the product listed on our order website page.

Refund/Cancellation:

Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC allows customer cancellations and refunds up to the time of the order being planted. Planting occurs on Thursday's. After the order has been planted the customer may cancel the order, however the customer is no longer eligible for a refund. All cancellation or refund requests must be made in writing. If an order is undeliverable due to conditions outside Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC farm's control, then the order is ineligible for a refund and not eligible for an exchange (i.e. customer went out of town and neglected to inform Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC owners or employees via Email or Text prior to the cancelation dead line.)

Microgreen Subscription Customers:

Description of Service

Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC Microgreen Subscription will provide the Customer with their chosen fresh microgreens weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the option the customer chose in their order. Microgreens will be delivered in individual clamshell containers with the product description and designated gram amount according to the product listed on our order website page.

Subscription Changes

Microgreen Subscriptions orders are eligible for changes and pauses. We ask that you please request changes or pauses 14 days prior to the delivery date and those changes or pauses must be made in writing.

Refund/Cancellation for Microgreen Subscriptions:

Itzy Bitzy San Antonio Microgreens LLC allows customer cancellations and refunds up to the time of the order being planted.
